Strengthening School-Level Grievance Redress Mechanisms for Safe Girls’ Education
Ensuring safe, affordable, and dignified access to education for girl’s remains at the core of KPRAP Girls transport intervention. To strengthen prevention and timely response mechanisms for GBV, SEA, and SH concerns, School-Level Grievance Redress Mechanisms (GRMs) have been formally notified across participating schools.
A dedicated orientation and capacity-building session on strengthening GRM systems and response protocols was conducted, with participation from representatives of 14 schools of district Hangu. The session focused on roles and responsibilities, survivor-centered response pathways, confidentiality, and safe reporting mechanisms to support girls’ safe mobility and continued education.
