KP-RAP is committed to fostering dignity, accountability, and zero tolerance toward harassment in all project-related workplaces. Establishment and strengthening of Inquiry Committees form a core pillar of this commitment.

  • Safe and respectful work environments strengthen equality and dignity.

Key Achievements

  • 16 contractors, the Supervisory Firm, and the KP-RAP Project Office were sensitized on the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010.
  • Inquiry Committee officially notified by the Communication & Works Department.
  • Contractors successfully advocated and established their own Inquiry Committees.

Capacity Building & Training

Specialized training sessions were delivered to Inquiry Committee members focusing on legal and ethical responsibilities, including:

  • Understanding harassment and misconduct
  • Personal boundaries and informed consent
  • Safe and confidential reporting mechanisms
  • Roles and responsibilities under the 2010 Act

In addition, comprehensive Anti-Harassment and Work Ethics training was provided to both field and office staff across KP-RAP partners.
