KP-RAP is committed to fostering dignity, accountability, and zero tolerance toward harassment in all project-related workplaces. Establishment and strengthening of Inquiry Committees form a core pillar of this commitment.
Why This Matters

Key Achievements
- 16 contractors, the Supervisory Firm, and the KP-RAP Project Office were sensitized on the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010.
- Inquiry Committee officially notified by the Communication & Works Department.
- Contractors successfully advocated and established their own Inquiry Committees.
Capacity Building & Training
Specialized training sessions were delivered to Inquiry Committee members focusing on legal and ethical responsibilities, including:
- Understanding harassment and misconduct
- Personal boundaries and informed consent
- Safe and confidential reporting mechanisms
- Roles and responsibilities under the 2010 Act
In addition, comprehensive Anti-Harassment and Work Ethics training was provided to both field and office staff across KP-RAP partners.
